After connecting a device the app shows that the device is connected, but it's not. It doesn't import any activities. The only thing I can do is troubleshoot the device connection which does nothing. After all that it doesn't let backfill the activities manually for more than a few days in the past. So I have lost a lot of that. And to top it all up the cycling activities manual conversion is so vague that I don't even know how to put in the activities that I'm able to.

this is a great app to stay motivated and competitive with our organization, friends, and family. However, I'd love to see compatibility with Amazfit watches. These watches are extremely affordable and it would make it easier for for many of us to be able to sync our devices.

Apparently, Movespring gets access to data from before you added your device. That shouldn't be the case. Movespring will get 1 star from me until that's fixed. Edit: Movespring responded by saying I don't know what I'm talking about, but they misread my review. When you give permission to your device, Movespring imports data from before the date that they're given access. If I wanted Movespring to have access to my activities from a month ago, I would've given them permission a month ago.

Hi Kevin. When you connect a device to MoveSpring, you must grant MoveSpring permission to access your activity data to sync to your MoveSpring account.
