Its miserable. Its always been bad but somehow it was updated and got worse. Its an app that functions like a web page in the mid 2000s; why am scrolling left and right to see the page, while inside an app??? Using a foreign card is completely broken. If you dont have a Korean card, good luck, you'll be buying a ticket at the station for standing room only.

I've tried 3 times to pay for a seat with entering all my card details but it keeps showing me the blank page. I thought it was just taking time, but it didn't work even though i waited for 10 min. If i tap the screen, it keeps going back to the first page of the payment. At first, when i failed to make it, i saw the seat was already TAKEN, so I thought maybe someone chose a seat at the same time as me but 3 times in a row? Seriously? I'm gonna be crazy if I find you charge me 3 times.

Da Hoes
It has a lot of design issues and one main functional issue. You cannot reserve a train through the app with a foreign credit card. It gets stuck on a window pane that shows up on the actual website. I believe its likely due to a resolution mismatch. Anyways, they need to fix this.
