The earbuds are excellent, but the app is awful. If I set my earbuds to noise cancelling, they should stay that way. I listen to music while mowing my lawn. It seems like every 15 minutes or so, the earbuds switch to adaptive cancelling on their own. I don't touch them, the app isn't open, nothing like that.

I have the enco air 3. When i double tap during a call the call ends automatically. I tried changing the setting. All the settings work perfectly if im not in a call. But if im in a call doesnt matter what i set for double tap (assistant, play/pause, or none) it ends the call. Please fix thid.

I'm using OPPO enco Air 2pro .. there should be a option in this app to manually off the touch sensitive/ touch functions of the air buds so that if someone listening it chill sleeping mood & touch can't disturb the experience. & there should be manual Equalizer. so I'm rating this app with 3 star.
