Wordfeud is a multiplayer puzzle game where you can challenge friends and random opponents and play in up to 30 separate games simultaneously!
Create and place words on the 15 by 15 tile board and earn points for creativity and placing letters on the high scoring Double Letter, Double Word, Triple Letter and Triple Word tiles.
Search for friends to play against or allow Wordfeud to match you up with an opponent. Even chat with them - smack talk or praise - it's your choice!
Tired of the same standard board each game? Choose the option to randomize the board and change up where the DL, TL, DW, TW tiles are placed - giving the classic game a new twist!

Still the best app for this game, and the new UI overall looks okay... except the scores at the top and the rack in a game now have a load of empty padding, distracting borders and highlights that take up half the screen and make the board itself feel claustrophobic. Really hope we can get a 'compact' setting that reduces the empty space so the board is the size it used to be. It's also unintuitive to have the remaining tiles at the top, instead of next to the rack where you want that info.

After 14 years of playing, I STILL prefer this to any other Scrabble-like app. Keeping track has never been so fun. Keep up the good work guys! Maybe throw in some voip someday! Lots of good times and good friends made. Thank you for keeping the UI simple and not bogging down CPU with fancy but useless animations.

Great version of that well known word game. You can play friends or random opponents from around the world. You get 72 hours to make a move so it doesn't interfere with life and work. I paid the one off fee to lose the adverts and fit me out was well worth it. There's a message facility which I like for commenting on friend's progress although the odd random will try it on. Unfortunately if they don't back off you have to resign the game which affects your stats.
