I got Wellhub through work. I have digital now, which is actually great, and am looking at the differences between upgrading plans, but can't seem to find a simple way to do this. I can't look at a gym and find out what amenities are available in the plan I'm looking at. There's no list of differences. I use the contact form to try and connect with someone in customer service, but it comes back to an error page. Not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade...what if I needed service?

The app is incredibly slow and not streamlined for user experience. The offer of gyms and activities is very good, that's why i continue to use it. Specifically: When looking for classes, it always tries to load gyms nearest to you. This takes forever and is typically not what I want. Searching brings suggestions from the whole world, including other continents. Most gyms don't have their schedules integrated with the app. When looking for activities you miss most gyms. This is never mentioned.

Absolutely tragic app. Using it is painful. Constantly logs you out. Like every other time you access the app even if the same day. The hardest part of my workout has now became the checkin stage. This is the part I dread about going to the gym now. Thanks a lot! Also, the map seems to be just a static screen capture of my area. Everytime I tried to move the map either direction, zoom in our out the app freezes. Yay! Why go to the gym? Get this app instead and burn calories from frustration.
