Very poor customer service. I changed to monthly payment in the app, but it then charged me for an annual subscription, and when I asked for a refund I was refused. In the email it tells you to turn on verification for all purchases to prevent this from happening. I checked my settings and this was already turned on, yet still this happened. Unacceptable that a refund is not granted in this situation. When this subscription expires I will be taking my custom elsewhere!

No support from switching from an old apple account to android, I no longer have access to the apple account & haven't been able to update the payment (after the payment was declined one time) I've been using Google One through this old account for at least a year. No support so my photos aren't deleted over this payment /transfer of iOS

It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.
