Terrible app. None of the "points" have any sort of conversion rate to local currency, the app is constantly refreshing when you go forward and back, and you can't cancel or edit orders, even if you call the help line within *10 minutes* of ordering. Because obviously there's no help button online. Phone support says "we'll email you either way on this resolution"...... lie.

This is a great app - I love the points system. There's a great selection of items on offer. Although I usually find an item I want on here, then I buy cheaper elsewhere and get vouchers for clothes shops or groceries instead. I'm saving money all around. Only 4 stars for now - it seems I can't access app when I'm abroad which make it impossible to use when on a business trip.

This issue is resolved, thanks! WH app is just shutting down on my pixel 8 today. I have just completed latest Android updates.
