Great for making online appointments. Would get 5 stars if didnt have to input date of birth each time you make an appointment (it could just be saved under your account) and if you are repeat clients to same beautician you didnt have to fill in the form each time, or click to say details from last form are still the same. The calender to fill in date of birth is annoying as won't let you change year easily - you have to click through each month to get to your year of birth.

Biggest fkn headache! It wouldn't allow me to update my banking details so I deleted my account and recreated a new one (using same email). That worked. Now, I cannot manage my bookings as it says it's from another account. No worries I'll log in and nothing! No upcoming appointments. Don't know why it's also suggesting it's from another account when I've only ever had the one, and I've only ever used the one email address, but yet I'll receive emails of upcoming appointments, that don't exist

I hate talking to people to cancel things. I feel wicked guilty or bad. I had just made the appointment and then realized it was an hour away and not the one down the street. I needed to cancel it and schedule with my regular salon. I literally clicked in the text message, then downloaded the app, cleaned the appointment, and canceled it. No, fuss no muss!!! it's so easy!
