Some things are missing from the old app. One time the app stuck and I accidentally swiped twice and then it showed delivered. After that I was not able to find the clients name or address. Tips are not updating after the delivery, it's showing only after when we reach back. So if there is 2 deliveries we won't be able to understand the tips individually. Tip history there is no individual tip history. No inbuilt navigation.

The integrated map system quite often leads riders in wrong directions and some houses are not even close to the pinpointed location! Also it is quite frankly stealing with what they did with the tipping system, "whomever is on top of the scoreboard will receive tips respectively."??? As an international student, I can only work for 16h a week, and they're literally stealing tips from those who can't get more shifts or run into problems during delivery (battery running out, tire punctures etc..)

Way worse than previous app. Crashes all the time. Most of the time you can't see the new order until you restart the app. After delivery, swipe to finish the order don't work most of the time. Same fix restart. So annoying and irritating Also, tips section needs update.
