Haven't heard from support. I installed NYM 2 High Voltage and was quite a long way into the game. At one point, I realized I missed some objects in a previous scene and went back to collect what I needed, and I could no longer click on anything. It was like I had finished with that scene. So, I was at a stale mate and could not progress in the game without the needed objects. I was not very happy! I could have started over, but uninstalled it. I was looking forward to playing all 5.

I loveeee these games! Sooo very well done, love the story lines! I actually can't across this series's a year or two ago give or take, and played all four with a few weeks lol ... Then I can't across the 5 new York last week! So I'm now playing them over again! I plan to look into the rest of your game as I read that there just as much fun.... free and no ads!!!! I would give more stars if I could! True fear was my favorite but this is just as good, and free!!

for once a game that gets the brain cells going (with no compulsory ads), lots of puzzles to solve - some straightforward and others really challenging. also a good story with both 1 and 2 series. lots of variety. you go from location to location and have to find items, find where to use them and to solve puzzles in order to move forward. really enjoying it.
