the game is lagging and it won't allow any upgrades to any base or things to move forward all it wants is to do the missions instead it should allow upgrades of base and buildings can't advance this way I like the older version of the game at least you can upgrade bass and builds that needs done

Been playing this game for more than a year, and I gotta say this game is fun. There are many features to enhance my combat power, such as heroes, gears, cars, helicopters, and the game events are actually grindable. It is free to play friendly, but would require tons of money if you want to be at the top of the leaderboard. Developers should focus on making new events, and ensuring that the game remains balanced so that free players have a chance to contribute in battles such as warzone.

Don't expect to have any in game issues resolved by customer service. They have gotten to the point where they don't care about their players. It's all about ad revenues. The game went from no ads to minute long ads. Many player perks have been deleted and game has become all to boring.
