Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize when and where you’d like to receive your packages.

This app never works correctly and I have had it for years. I always see zeroes for things I've sent or are on the way. It seems they default to "clear" when I open one, and after clearing that setting, half the time I can see a list and the other half I get an error. Notifications error out when the app pops up. The website doesn't seem to like Chrome either, so using a PC wasn't as easy as I hoped. Overall, just a lot of disappointment.

It's a bad sign when you prefer browser functionality over the dedicated app. Especially for such an established mainstream corporation like FedEx. Tracking results hardly ever show as expected and the dashboard is never accurate. The app is very slow and produces frequent error messages (like when trying to favorite a delivery). I feel sorry for people that actually have to use FedEx for their business.

In the evening the overview screen always says delivery 'today' when it really means tomorrow. Slow. Every single package I click on for more details produces a popup asking me if I want to turn on push notifications. Current out for delivery items didn't show on the main screen. It's really annoying, I'll be going back to using the website because I need to stay on top of my deliveries because their actual service is worse than the app.
