Good UX yet terrible customer service! I've been waiting for more than 5 days for a transaction confirmation for the second time now and at the end they've just canceled the transaction!

Big scammer. when you're depositing everything goes fast but they don't let you withdraw your money. I've requested for withdrawal of my money 10 days ago but they don't do it and I know they won't. please don't trust them.

این آپ خیلی مزخرفه اصلا نمیتونید به حساب خودتو واریز کنید واقعا بدرد نخورترینه ۴ روز گذشته پولم به حسابم نریختن واقعا براشون متاسفم .... This app is very bad. I made a withdrawal, but it's been four days and my money hasn't been deposited into my account. This exchange is a thief; don't deposit anything because you won't be able to withdraw it. I feel sorry for you.
