VAST Journey is a behavioral change app that helps you overcome challenges, achieve personal growth, and improve your overall quality of life. It guides you to identify a challenge you are facing, break it down into manageable steps, recognize obstacles in your path, gather helpful tools and resources, connect with supporters, seize opportunities that await you, reflect on your progress, and develop character virtues and skills. You can also use VAST Journey to help another person overcome a challenge if they are unable to recognize or address it themselves.
In the VAST Journey app, you will become the hero of your own story. Choose from five real-world quests designed to address your specific challenge and set off on your journey!
Navigate the app using the following tools:
* Home: Take action using special Opportunity Awaits cards designed to help you stay focused on your goals or view your user profile to keep track of your progress.
* Media: Access expert-curated media and activity recommendations (to read, watch, listen to, play, interact with, etc.) that have been chosen specifically to guide you to success.
* Quests: View the Rules for Success you have been given to help you make progress.
* Allies: Reach out to people who you trust to support you and help hold you accountable.
* Journal: Reflect on your progress and determine what steps to take next.

* Rules for Success: View information about how to make progress, including a set objective, step-by-step instructions, any items you might need, and more.
* Acknowledge the Positive: Reflect in your journal about what will help you stay motivated as you continue working on your challenge.
* Quest Prompt: Respond to a unique journal prompt corresponding to your quest.
* Recognize the Obstacles: Reflect on anything that might be standing in your way so that you can adjust the way you tackle your challenge as needed.
* Reach for Your Power-Ups: Find out what familiar objects, skills, and people may be able to help you overcome the obstacles in your path.
* Connect with Your Allies: Reach out to your allies for encouragement or guidance.
* Make the Best Use of Time: Use a 24-hour chart to keep track of all the different tasks you need to complete each day and how long you intend to spend on each.
* Sort Out Your Priorities: Create a to-do list that you can rearrange as needed.
* Access Media/Activity Recommendations: Receive recommendations of books, videos, songs, podcasts, games, websites, and activities that may help change your perspective on your challenge.
* Invite a New Ally: Consider whether there is anyone else who can support you.
