Highly frustrating and persistent issue I am experiencing with the POSB Digibank mobile application. Despite multiple attempts, I have been completely unable to set up the digital token. I have followed the standard troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the application several times. Unfortunately, the problem persists with no resolution. The digital token is essential for accessing banking services, and this failure is causing significant inconvenience.

This is the worst app I ever come across and using. why? as this app is out of mind and beyond control whenever I login each time? I was prompt repeatedly to set up the digital token without ending. this is very ridiculous, absurd, unacceptable and frustrating. the developer of this app need to seriously study what went wrong, and need to reinvent a better improved new digital token.

All along I use biometric to login but recently the app keeps prompting me to key in password. Yes i already set the preferences but it keep reset to enter password and off the biometric login option by itself. There is a glitch or bug from your application, pls investigate. your fingerprint login got error. update: yes i activated it many times but when it kept prompt me to login again, i noticed biometric turn on and off itself, definitely is your app glitch.
