they charge money for wow membership for different benifits like rocket delivery, rocket fresh in which you get fast delivery. but on my location, i receive products after 3 to 5 days. coupang eat also not available. when i cancel the membership, it is not allowing me to place a single item. when i go to buy it, it shows add more products to process my order and the minimum amount should be 300,00 won. if i don't want free delivery for that item, not force me to add more things

I hate this app so much! I've been ordering from this app for a while and it never came on time. I had to cancel few of my orders because of that. I recently ordered a phone and the same thing happened. It's been 2 days. just say you'll deliver it later instead of lying everytime and making me feel sick. I wouldn't be this mad if it was something cheaper

Coupang officials are illiterate in English or what idk. But if you type your name in English then they can't confirm if the person's name is accurate or not. I even contacted the customer care for help. Sent all the documents and everything they asked. And still they can't verify. Disgusting.
