While this app does create logos, it has the most frustrating user experience I have used. Frequency of crashes is extremely high. Downloading has to be done one at a time rather than downloading a zip of all image extensions in the design. When you have a logo you like but want to tweak, it won't let you. Companion website can not access the files created in the app.

It's an interesting concept. Ive been yrying for a few months. Occasionally I get something close to what I am looking for, but more often than not there are spelling mistakes. It doesn't learn from your feedback. You cannot edit or offer refinement to an image... it just generates another without maintaining any of the features you like. Zero response from customer service! Overall this ap is a fail for me.

Hi! I tried your app for a few hours, and it did generate some interesting logos. However, it kept on misspelling the name of the company, which defeated the purpose. I had to cancel the subscription, but the policy said I'm not entitled to a refund. This is quite disappointing as the app is not performing as promised, and a refund should be available to customers. If not, a free period or a cooling off period should be offered as the app keeps making such simple errors as misspelling the name.
