Absolute scam company. Was told in an email that I could cancel a yearly subscription if I wanted to. You can cancel, but you are still paying for an entire year. $1k on Pro down the drain since I already get it free somewhere else. I contacted customer support WITH email screenshots and I'm still SOL. Update: 05/25 - I turned off "auto renew" for both of my subscriptions 02/25. 05/25 they were mysteriously turned back on for $1100 in subscriptions. I ended up locking my credit card..

mobile app is useless. and browser app is lagging because bwnzinga refuses to hire people to make a functioning software for their service. browser is lagging mobile app missing almost all important features. very disappointing purchase.

Total scam. Benzinga lures you in with fake claims of 100–2500% trade returns and “money-back guarantees.” Once you pay, you're hit with endless upsells, broken tools, and worthless content. Refunds? They don’t exist. I lost over $10K following their alerts—some directly due to their failing platform. Support ignored me for weeks. Deceptive, dishonest, and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.
