worst app ever. they mentioned that food will take 35 mins and after waiting an hour, the rep said that it will take one more hour. the customer service not help full or responsive at all. they could not accept to cancel the order. they are not responsive this is my first and last time to use this horrible app

customer support has responded to my review comment and asked me to register my name and mobile via feedback.toyou.io once i go there the tick box for I'm not a robot is not working and i could not continue. this is ridiculous, it has been a week and the orders are not delivered it seems they have problems with their drivers and the support are not responding. it was a very good app, but now i will delete it

Used to be my talk of the town and best app I have ever experienced. Now customer service / satisfaction is to the lowest of all lows. Changed of management or directive anyhow app lost it's purpose to me and I deeply don't advise it for anyone unfortunately
