I use this app regularly. It has been very handy and worked really well for making and viewing my bookings and status. Unfortunately, as of this last week, the dates stopped working. When I select a day on the calendar, for example, it will choose a random day. This means that I cannot select the dates to make a booking anymore. Would also like it if were able to modify bookings, instead of having to cancel and rebook. Lastly, it would be nice if the vouchers in the app work in all locations.

Have been very happy with this app but now it has removed all my bookings from the bookings page! I am fully logged in, but showing zero bookings whereas I had several. *************** Edit, following the response from Accor and my subsequent emailing of the information requested, Google suggested I may like to edit my review. Don't know what Google was hoping for, but it's simple. Nada, nothing, zero, not even a reply to the email I had the courtesy to send. Bookings have still vanished.

Digital vouchers are not in the app and accessble via a web portal only, web portal was down and could not access these vouchers, please add them into the app as well And a hint to everyone, take screenshots of all the vouchers and keep it locally in case the website or app is down!
