I'd be happier to see some features well implemented than many features to an unsatisfactory level. New bioage integration is such a step down from what we had with biotrax. Can't change units, graphs aren't good, can't set goals, and more. even the basics aren't all covered. App works poorly with oops moment so very often (oops!, something went wrong!) without telling telling what went wrong. Is it my connection for example? Can't transfer the booking to another person. There are consistent errors with the app, such as not being able to order food. Today, there were two pickleball courts available in the app that could not be booked, the link to the guest pass opened the app, but nothing appeared, and the table tennis tables don't seem to be available to book. It was suggested that the table might be under badminton, which it wasn't. For a club that charges so much, the app should be a lot better.

absolutely terrible app. works 50% of the time and can't cope when it's busy booking time ie 7pm. at least 2 times a week the app locks me out and then I spend ages going through the cycle of attempting to login. eventually it recognises me. not user friendly at all. staff at gym can't help other than offer the patronising 'have you turned it off and on again' or reinstaled it? if only I had thought of that
