I've been trying to connect my cell phone to the camera for a month and a half and after connecting via WiFi, it sticks Loading.. I don't know what, I managed to open a case with customer service, they asked me for video and explanation and they asked me for the same thing three times. In the end they answer me the same, to get closer to the camera, to make sure I am connected. When the video shows you that the whole problem is after being connected to the WiFi, they themselves don't know how

It's not the greatest app, but It works fine as long as you remember a few things. You only use the WiFi for downloading clips, adjusting settings and positioning the camera for the best view. Not while driving. I have the M560. My previous phone was a Samsung S20FE, my current is a Samsung A34 and I have no real issues. I've found that when I need to connect them together, if I reboot the phone they connect perfectly. This works, not ideal but usable. The latest version is great

Very poor and faulty application!!! why over engineering a simple app with so much conditions?? turn on location turn on this turn on that... this gives back a suspicious intent of data collection!! just make it as easy as connect to wifi and get on with access to the dashcam. I have an M550 Max, spent nearly 2 continuous hours trying everything to connect but to no avail... Started regretting buying this specific dashcam
