The customer service is non-existent. The AI bot they have is completely useless. When you ask to speak to a person it demands a screenshot of the issue (even if that's impossible to provide, like if the app keeps crashing how are you supposed to screenshot that?). And if you do somehow manage to take a screenshot to add to your service inquiry, GUESS WHAT?? The app will crash when you select the screenshot you want to apply and it will restart the whole thing, deleting everything you added.

Shannon, we're truly sorry for the frustration you've had. We understand how difficult it is when the app crashes. Screenshots do help our team verify and resolve issues faster, but we know thatās not always possible, especially with crashes. We're working on making support more reliable and user-friendly.

Been at it for a year or so now and the app is passively making me a few dollars each month. Given that I haven't invested real money but only ever money I got from other games and whatnot, I feel pretty good about it. I do wish there was more to do within the game. Some way to interact with properties that would maybe give little boosts to each other. The multiplier boost for example could be scaled based on interactions with other properties owned by other people.

Though rent can be slow to start out, for active players there are plenty of ways to speed things up and get extra land for free, like through free boosts, shop ads, the diamond hunt, and more! I have been using the app for a while. I still haven't spent a dime. They have been busy adding so many ways to help you make currency to buy property. Playing mini games that are free now, using different apps and completing goals, monthly tasks. you can't expect to make a fortune but it's a time investment and it pays overtime. I'm up to around $13 a month keeping boosters up. It's not for everyone but I have been enjoying it.
