PLEASE change the birthdate field on the website to allow mobile users to pick separately a year/month/day! When I received my confirmation email, I clicked on the link which took me to the website; I hadn't realized it wasn't the app. I could not enter my birthdate, but had to use the "calendar box." Yikes. It's insane to have to hit that back button for every month until a user reaches their birth year.

The login absolutely always resets itself. If one is lucky the biometric data is saved for one login, but otherwise it resets all the time. Making the app generally unusable. EDIT: who in their right mind would put in the effort to manually logout of the app? i know that you are aware of this issue. The storage gets obviously resetted, probably even a much harsher bug

Dear Eve. Please make sure that you close mySWICA without a logout as that will not reset your setting for fingerprint login. When you close the app completly, it should prompt for the fingerprint login by the next use. If you have any further questions, our SWICA Customer Service will be happy to help you. Good to use and highly appreciated that it's available in EN, has two major problems nevertheless. I can't know which of my invoices has been payed and which one have not. And I can not scan a digital photo from my phone(no upload). Everything is becoming digital these days they just assume I will always have a physical invoice. Fix that and the app will be awesome!
