About this app

The application Confession was created to help those who wish to prepare for the sacrament of Penance (Confession) in accordance with the traditions of the Orthodox Church. The application Confession contains three sections:
- brief information about the sacrament ofConfession
- an example of a confession on the Orthodox Prayer Book published in 1996. (Sevastopol)
- an example of a confession on the Orthodox Prayer Book published in 2015 (Holy Dormition Pochaev Lavra)
- a section "Additions from various sources", which also describes what the seven deadly sins are.

I would like to draw attention to the fact that the developer did not set himself the task of automating the process of preparing for the sacrament of Confession, but only to provide a guide for the self-preparation of the penitent for this sacrament. And that is why the application is created with a concise interface and minimal functionality that does not distract the user from the internal analysis and verification of his soul with the proposed examples of confession.

English, Russian and Ukrainian languages are supported.

You can get acquainted with our other applications aimed at the Orthodox audience.
1. The Orthodox ALPHABET (Russian language)
2. Orthodox pilgrim. Kiev. (Russian and English language)

We will be grateful for your comments and ratings, because it will help us make our apps better.
