The low rating is for the speaker's poor Internet connection. Lost connection all the time, gotta reconnect almost every day. It's not connecting to the WiFi when placed on the shelf, but only in the middle of the room with the door wide open. I can stand the lengthy setup process, if I don't have to do it every day.
