I just brought new book and tried to redeem my e-Book but failed with unknown reason :'((((( "Code is not valid or has been redeemed" But I just scratched off and entered it!!! :'((((( Don't know where can I get help?????

If you could synchronize the highlighter marks between devices, the app will be more convenient.
