I joined Zoho invoice first, then want to use together with its inventory apps. The item can check in apps, but the qty can't be adjusted, it said it's because of the item category, which it set at the beginning in invoice system. Can't help but to set up new item. If they can't be integrated to use together, then what's the point of linking the system?

Hi, Item created in Zoho Invoice by default is marked as a sales item. You can’t able to adjust the quantity for the sales item in Inventory. We have a workaround to change the type of item you created in Zoho Invoice.So kindly contact us at
