Up until 2 weeks ago, the VPN's performance was excellent and flawless. There were only occasional slowdowns or instances where it failed to connect to the servers. Over the past 2 weeks, however, the VPN speed progressively decreased, and establishing a connection became increasingly difficult. This trend continued until 5 days ago, when connecting to the servers—and indeed, using the VPN at all—became completely impossible. Essentially, the VPN service has been entirely unusable since then.

That doesn’t sound right. Could you share some more details about the issue? Are you receiving any error messages? Have you tried switching protocols? Are you using any other VPNs on the same device?
