There's two subscription options: pay per month, or commit to your training with Alpha Progression for a year and receive a discount! When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free trial.
During your trial period you can use all our Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the free trial and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the Play Store.
Your subscription will automatically renew if you do not cancel it via the Play Store at least 24 hours before its end.

me gusta mucho el que te ayude a elegir la forma de progresión, me sorprendió mucho como calcula la repetición máxima para darte pesos que te ayudan a ganar masa muscular, estos últimos entrenamientos me sorprendieron mucho porque hace mucho que no sentía agujetas, solo hay que ser constante y no mentirle a la app

Sin duda la mejor aplicación para registrar tus rutinas y progreso, sin límites, sin anuncios. Debería ser ma aplicación principal de cualquier persona que entrene.

Novedades

• You can now change your gym via the profile and the exercise database.
• This combines the old gym profiles and weight options and gives more flexibility to those training at multiple gyms.
• Via "Gym > Weights" you can now set your weight type to "Bar and plates", in addition to "Ranges". You can then enter your bar weight as well as what type and quantity of plates you have.
• When using "Bar and plates" the new plate calculator will be shown when entering a weight during your workouts.
