Terrible app. Paid for tickets in this and could not use any while travelling to Rome. I tried to redeem for a physical ticket and this wasn't possible. QR code did not work anywhere. When looking for further explanations of how the app worked there was nothing helpful available online. The app also would just not open or load a lot of the time.

It does not work anymore on android. Update: Thank you for your response! I have tried reinstalling the app several times and once again today. The same message appears: Oops! Il servizio è momentaneamente non disponibile! Riprova più tardi! I am aware of other users of android phones who have the same issue. It does work on iPhone, as far as I know.

Does not work well. Sometimes it gets stuck at the title screen. At other times it takes a long time to load a ticket. There are also many error messages when pending tickets in order to activate them. I'm worried that the app will not work when there is a ticket check on the bus. ADDITION: While I appreciate the answer below, it does not seem correct. Today, the app told me that I need to be connected to the internet to activate a ticket.
