Are you a patient at Bernhoven? Then you have access to the MyBernhoven app. It is an app that you can download for free on your mobile phone or tablet. With the MijnBernhoven app you have access to your medical file and appointments anytime, anywhere.

The app is secured. After downloading the app, log in with DigiD.
In the MyBernhoven app you can:
• View your appointments.
• Read leaflets about your treatment or research.
• View measurements, results and letters.
• View and partly adjust personal data.
