I guess there is no better place to address this. The user interface is mediocre and the profile data seems to be out of sync with the website but that's not a big problem. Marking my order as returned without clarification is. Contacted CS on Facebook because there is no live chat, then I was being told there was a "technical problem". I suspect there was a pricing problem and they should at least be transparent about it. 3 stairs is fair, but it is also rating the company behind the app not only the app itself. Unfortunately these two are intertwined.

Im very dissapointed the customer reviews of the articles were removed, they were extremely useful since sometimes people would give advice regarding true size/true color or share other characteristics that are not visible in the pictures or shared in the description of the article. Also the "My favorites" section is not the best because if you have a long list of favorites it is not posible to categorize them. For the rest the app works really good and service has always been good.

The app itself is ok but the showstopper is that my mobile banking app is not opened when proceeding to payment. As a consequence switching between messaging app (for TAN code) is necessary but doesn't work. Switching back to this app after checking the TAN code causes the payment process to do a step back bringing you in an infinite loop as another TAN code is created. This does not support a smooth mobile experience. I realize the cause may well lie with my bank's mobile site (again, the banking app is not started) but still this scenario should have come up in test rounds.
