This app is giving an instapoint to use. But because of misinformation about the items and they never put "NA" when you are picking items, they will substitute it with a high price. So you are not getting a discount. They are just promoting that you have points, but they will never let you have a discount. You are paying a high amount. No less. They need to update the apps so that if some items are not available, they are listed directly. There is no need to substitute for a much higher price.

They’re fine until you actually encounter a problem. They’ll make one call that rings for maybe three seconds, then either close the case or just ignore it altogether — and then have the audacity to ask for feedback on their “problem-solving skills.” My advice: use the app as a reference and search tool to find which store has what you need, then contact the store directly. P.S. already sent an email from 3 hours ago and no reply.

This is the worst application and worst customer service and worst experiences compared to other apps that can really fix issues that customers face . 1-The shop/store is responsible for fixing the issues with missing or wrong items. 2- There is no live tracking for orders. 3- There is no contact for the delivery agent. 4- When you report an issue, they call you after 5 hours, and also the store will fix the issue. simply they are charging customers for service they are not doing.
