Was a faithful subscriber utilizing the music books I already own to show them on the whiteboard for students in my music classes. The school no longer allows copies and we are completely digital. I own the book, multiple copies, in fact, but not PDF copies and this was a very easy way to get the visual on the whiteboard. I was a subscriber of $11.99 a month for quite a few years. Now, I'm not.

It's a useless app, and in their regulations, they state you can request a refund as long as it is within 30 days of the charge, but in reality, they would never refund even though i never used their service for this, I just forgot to cancel and the support is aweful, they stated to close the case with PayPal first so they can support from their end, and when I did that they stated "the case with PayPal is closed there is nothing we can do!!" and stopped responding ever since!!

I tried out ScridD Free trial before and it was good. BUT a month after that my account was charged automatically without any notification regarding the purchase! what is this system? I tried to refund on Google play the day I was notified that the purchase was made, but unfortunately it was denied maybe due to being not part of their premise. This is honestly so sad even just for a little amount of money.
