When it's working Libby is excellent. Of late there seem to be large periods of time, especially in the middle of the night, where it's unable to verify my library card. Obviously during these times (as much as 6 or 8 hours in some instances) I am unable to check out any books. After several hours the problem seems to resolve itself with no action needed on my part, so I know it's a just a glitch. This is currently happening several times a week. It's highly irritating if you're depending on it.

it was great but now it's just ok. It no longer updates the time to wait on holds. Shows I'm 1st in line of 9 people with a 10week wait. But the Max I can have is 2weeks because when people are in the cue it doesn't let you renew immediately to finish, it goes to the next person and you go back in the cue. It's very frustrating and been since their last update. Also it's not giving me notifications of books ready on hold anymore. Confirmed it's not my phone already.

I love the ease of this app. But it's not great for libraries. E-books and audiobooks are not much cheaper, if at all, for libraries. They can only lend one copy at a time, even though they are electronic. And most importantly, they make the libraries REBUY the books after only 25 BORROWS! Also, if you own an e-book or audiobook, you are not allowed to donate them to libraries. So this gets a 3; but should be a 2.5)
