Customer service is super bad. For already 1 month, I have been having problems with my account due to a scan error in my documents. Send the correct scan the same day, and up until today, I'm unable to use my curve card. Reaching out to them is almost impossible, and their communications are really bad. They dont share any update. Be aware that you need to wait 3+ weeks to receive an answer to your chat question... So when you have any form of issues, then you will be screwed and on your own.

It was a fantastic card, but the recent strong limitations make that I will look for another service. Answer to Curve's question: I enjoyed the card and it's possibilites a lot and spoke positive to many people about this. But since a few months the options are extremely limited, what makes that Curve is not that interesting anymore and therefore I started to look for a replacement or maybe I will simply stop.

Worst experience ever. I thought that apps built so badly were something of the past. Bug started since the onboarding which failed (eventhough they charged me). 1 month passes they respond to my email saying onboard again and that they "fixed the bug". 2 months in, nothing has been fixed. No response from support, they keep charging my card while app is completely non funcional with error "Try again later". 1 star is very generous from Google ...
