The app is great. I really liked it that I would have paid 4.99 just so it wouldn't have any ads. The ads killed this app. 10 of my friends and I ended up removing the app because of the ads. WAY TOO MANY AND LONG ADS! Please give us the option to remove the ads and add 10 more words to each category. People will definitely buy it :)

Hi Isaac, sorry about the ads, they help us keep the app free. We always try to offer a good experience. You can remove all ads FOREVER for around $1 using the button on the main menu, a fair price so everyone can afford it. Thanks!

Good starting point. Straightforward. This app WILL give you lots of foundational vocabulary. This app won't teach you grammar (how to form sentences). You will have to look elsewhere for that. It also does not offer a spaced repetition feature so I don't find myself improving as well as I otherwise could. I found the Anki flashcards from Language Atlas to be better for retaining Italian vocabulary but at a higher price point.

Hi Matthew, thanks for your feedback! All words are reviewed and recorded by native Italian speakers. As for the alphabet, we include j, k, w, x, and y because they’re used in loanwords and modern terms that have become part of everyday Italian usage. We appreciate your input and hope the app helps you keep improving!

It's a useful and easy app indeed, but there are some typing mistakes such as the "è" in the numbers must be written as "é"; for example, "ventitrè (23)" must be "ventitré". Moreover, it's recommended that you add some important notes so that we can learn easier and faster. For instance, it's better to draw our attention that the final vowel letter in tens numbers is removed when we add "uno" and "otto". I had to google such stuff to know this information. All in all, it's a good app.
