Atleast once every afternoon the app stops working and I cannot get my chats voicemails or make calls..can't use the desktop version because I get made a minute of talking with my client before the call goes silent. It is incredibly frustrating that there are issues so frequently. Makes working remote way more challenging than it needs to be

Won't switch to earphones on calls. Sometimes just doesn't work. Often hard to add contacts... have to go thru a bunch of nonintuitive folders to add a contact that's not already "in the system." No extended absence greeting that block messages. feels like a half baked beta version of an app.

Terrible and frustrating. The calls don't sync with the desktop app, so you can't see logs if you don't answer or it doesn't ring on this device. They aren't stored either, so when you log out you lose everything. Connection also seems to reset and not prompt to reconnect so you don't know you're missing calls until you try and dial out. Very poor considering the competition.
