Gameplay is fun overall, WHEN it actually works properly! Game freezes DAILY, much more so in recent weeks than what I've usually experienced. Continually losing coins, boosters, and progress made towards high scores and event goals. I have submitted many requests recently for support via game and by emailing directly and get NO response whatsoever. I used to get an email confirmation instantly, followed by a response in a day or two. Now...NOTHING. Game needs SERIOUS updating and support! 👎

The Match 3 (or more) gameplay is great - I've enjoyed it for a couple of years now. You collect different pops from different franchises - unfortunately it seems many of the franchises are no longer available, making it impossible to complete the set. Where are, for example, Peanuts or Scarface or even Funko's own Freddy pops? They don't come up in the choice of tournaments any more, and you can't choose them as favourite franchises. A shame, as there's no real incentive to keep playing.

I like and hate this game. With exception of your first event, you won't complete a set unless you spend money, no matter how many ads you watch. Update: dropped to one star due to this game being more frustrating than fun. You get far more of what you don't need than what you actually need to progress. You can have a pop maxed out on stars, buy a pop and get the same pop again? What's the point? Same with stickers, total waste of time. Un-installed.

Thanks for that feedback. It is possible to complete your sets without spending money. There are also some items you can use called tickets that help you reduce the randomness of the pops you get in boxes. Hope you will give the game another try. Either way though, thanks again for that feedback.
