very unprofessional customer services orders received late after 1and more hours and even missing items if u ask to cancel the orderafter 2 hours they will keep negotiating and even threatening that they won't return your money and when u complain they will return just 10 SAR Even not enough to cover the fees of the other order you will request for the missing items and finally after hours they will send you sorry we will not repeat it next time !!! really do u think there's a next time

they have bad customer service. my order was delayed and I was supposed to be refunded with 20 Riyal. My order came in bad condition, so they compensated me with 10 Riyal for damaged items and they declined to refund me with delayed compensation although my order was eligible. also, they increase the price of all items and you can compare your self between items real price and the price they put. in addition to applying service fee then asking for tips to drive. bad experience really

very upset customer service and apps how dealing with very late orders. there is no compensation at all no matter how order delay. my order delay around 3 hours! during that i cannot cancel order, nor do anything, just keep waiting forever hours. and system inform me with message that im compensate with 20 SR. after you receive order contact call center. & when i contact them, they tell me we are sorry, Zero compensation to you!? this kind scame behaviour to customers. they deserve -10 rate
