Made an in app purchase, but didn't get what I payed for... after sending details, screenshot and multiple messages they keep repeating the same thing, I should reinstall the game(didn't help) and send more screenshots so they can send it to their developers team?! What about getting my money back, because I didn't receive what I payed for?! Worst customer service ever, I'm deleting the game! Edit: as you can already read here, I did that multiple times with no result...edit: it happened again..

uninstalled it after about a week. the story / graphics were really nice. But that's where the entertainment ends. After a few days the game basically just forces you to watch tons of ads to get energy to clear quests. Other than ads or spending through your nose there's no other good way to get energy. Every ad maybe gives about 10-30 energy. Clearing one tree can cost 50+ energy. The minigames are really stupid and unchallenging. It's basically a money grab. don't waste your time.

Beautiful, sadly this game requires too much energy and materials to upgrade a building. Now I'm lv 20, it seems forever. A building still unfinish since a week ago, a building could reach til lv 3 upgrade before it completed. Tons of materials, each of them cost hours to make (tiered items). Everyday i play, still need a lot of things. Tired and getting bored. I playing similar games, my progress much better there. Idk how long I'll keep this one.
