As a paid subscriber, the new quality settings are exceedingly infuriating, especially considering my connection has absolutely no issues. Yet, selecting "highest" doesn't lock the quality to 1080p, instead, it fluctuates and becomes barely watchable, even when the connection is good. I was already dissatisfied when you removed the comments, but this might just be the last straw. Considering the frankly disappointing library, and all the other previous issues, it might be time for me to move on

The app has been close to dogwater for a while. It is constantly out of sync when casting, frequently unresponsive, and disconnects randomly. It has been like this for a few years now. Seems like pirating sites do a better job than CR. MULTIPLE tickets have been sent in, it's still like this. CR just responds with a generic message to reviews to submit tickets, but doesn't actually fix anything in a timely manner. This is on top of them removing the ability to comment under videos as well.

Crunchyroll introduced a new "feature", ads. Yes, I know ads are part of the free accounts. Today I found the ad for paying customers. One benefit of a paid account is no ads. Now, you get the "what's next" screen after you've watched the last episode of a series. Which is nothing more than an ad for shows you don't want. Addition 17 June: contacted support. Obviously, that didn't help. No compensation or fix. As of the last update, you pay for an ad-free experience with ads. Great service! -10
