This app is incredibly disappointing. The 'El grocer' groceries are always late, and there's no way to track your order, which makes it frustrating. The "upcoming orders" section doesn't even show your current order, so you're left in the dark. Customer service agents keep promising delivery times, but they never follow through. Overall, it's a frustrating and unreliable experience. Would not recommend!

Had an absolute nightmare with their service . i have ordered grocery at 9 pm , it showed 46 mins delivery . It has been 3 hours and the parcel hasn't arrived . The customer support chat person was utterly useless and didn't even allow me to cancel the order . Next the delivery guy's number popped up in the app and even he didn't pick the calls . When I went to check the chat again , the app wasn't working only for my phone . Absolute abysmal service . Will never come back for an order

I was charged due to a technical issue, and despite being promised a refund for almost TWO MONTHS, I still haven’t received it. I have followed up multiple times, but the issue remains UNRESOLVED. Due to this experience, I no longer trust the service and do not recommend using this app. I have escalated this issue through the proper channels, but I am disappointed by the lack of resolution. I would advise others to be cautious before using this app.
