I took my Infinix Note12i(X6819) to Carlcare after it had water damage. Despite their high fees, I trusted them as the official service center. I arrived at 9:30 AM—before most staff and the technician—and waited over 1.5 hours to be attended to. I was the first customer but the last to leave, spending nearly 7 hours there. I’m a working professional and sacrificed a full day for this. I was told the phone was fixed, and when I asked if any checks were needed, the receptionist said no.

poor service and the most unhelpful cellphone service center ever exist... I have bought a defect item (Tecno camon 40 pro) but after 2 days the device is unable to be charged. then the customer service at Honggowongso branch mentioned "usually it's caused by the subort etc etc" WITHOUT CHECKING THE DEVICE OUT...Like how could you possibly judge something that you cannot see? even a doctor needs to ask the patient or do some thorough checking towards the patient?!!

The update makes this app fully functional which can be handy if your phone develops a fault unexpectedly. Great product so far better than I expected.
