They rarely accept rides when I need them the most, and even when they do, they often end up asking cancelling afterwards. They mostly prefer serving female passenger, which is quite unreasonable. When I need a ride the most no one accepts request. On the top of that, the pricing is expensive - we have to wait a long time and still end up paying extra, especially when the rider come from far away. This practice is highly disappointing.The only positive aspect is the promo code as an apology.

people chose pathao bikes for fast and less time consuming transports. now if getting a bike ride wastes 40-45 mins, than the app is not doing what it promised to do. I missed my important exam today just because of this app's slowest vehicle searches. very disappointing and at this point it's just wasting my storage.

The new update in pathao doesnt let you use it until you give notification permission. The banner shows that you can always change the settings but if you change the settings, it shows the notofication permission. And when you give them permission, you get all those unwanted notifications from the pathao FOOD i signed up for pathao not PATHAO FOODD!!!! Better to use other ride sharing apps.
