Pathao delivery(food/parcel) system and vehicle booking system are both excellent but the app needs significant improvement. In case of wrong input by mistake, after booking, it is not possible to edit. The sender of the parcel cannot cancel once the booking is done. If the delivery person cancels (before receiving the parcel), the app still shows to the sender that the parcel is waiting to be picked up.

very suspicious. they steal your location data. every time I open the app they require location or the app won't work. if I just want to check a notification I'll have to give permission. like what for? this is really annoying. & their drivers won't accept my preferred fare, unless I go beyond the required fare. they put a discount but it's really useless. cause you have to bid higher fare or their drivers won't even consider accepting your ride. like absolutely the worst service you can get.
