About this game

Explore an infinite world through a text-adventure role playing game with roguelike elements!

A solo indie-dev aims to bring an old-school style to modern day Android devices. This is accomplished with an easy to understand interface, a few iconic buttons, and several information screens. Players are empowered to navigate a proceedurally generated world full of danger and treasure.

Embark upon a quest to defeat The Tyrant, a infamous villain who has spread evil far and wide. But, is The Tyrant the greatest evil in existence? Will killing him really save the world?

Explore endless islands, craft your equipment, potions, materials, tools, bombs, and more! Learn a plethora of magic spells, improve your skills, and capture monsters to train them as your pets! Collect all the plants, fish, ore, and insects! Obtain the favor of the merchants, helpless townsfolk, or even the King! Slay bosses! Obtain the best gear you can… and much, much more!

Made by one developer (who is aided by an active community in Discord), the game continues to update and improve, regularly adding more content.

The text-based design allows visually impaired and blind people to play by using the Talkback tool.

UPDATE REVIEW: It seems like each island you uncover(first time you sail/spawn an island) it's level is the same as player - 1. So I was lvl 9 on first island, and second became lvl 8... It's quite sad tbh, since grinding is pointless and technically I can get stuck(if I grind to higher level, but my items stay at their respective level(wood/iron, some rare diamond), then I could probably not make it.) I wish there was a "main story" and island levels were based on that. Perhaps 2 game modes(story mode vs endless(current mode seems to be endless, I could be wrong tho)) Played first version few years back. Seeing that the dev updated the old one and made the second, I bought it without even trying out the demo. Price is good, game is definitely worth it. Got a weird issue tho, game setting by default have English language, but the game menu appears to be auto translated to my local language used on the device. I had to switch to different one(e.x. Spanish) which restarted the game, then change it back to English and after restart the game runs in English.

Thanks for your super feedback!! I'm aware there seems to be some sort of bug regarding the language changing, I have it in my long to do list, will try to figure it out soon :) About main story and endless mode, actually the game is both at the same time: the game is "endless" and there is a main story :p Thanks again for your kind words!!

A decent time killer, but I have my gripes with it. For starters: Balance. Oh my Lord balance. It's unfortunate the amount of money that must be spent with a new character just to get started. The food in game does very little for your hunger, which makes paying for bars and taverns required. Save game handling is an issue too, and if you have more money than required for an inn, deposit money and then die, your save is reverted and you lose half the money you had before depositing into bank.

This has lowkey been my favorite game lately. It's not a hard game, but it is fun to discover new places and recipes for things and collect cool monsters as pets to fight with. It rewards good planning, memory and good character builds in a way that is fun to play in multiple different styles. Also, there is no wiki so you actually have to experiment a little for yourself. Highly underappreciated game imo and has a good soundtrack with addissional in game collectibles that unlock new tracks.
