so far the app is pretty good. The the I like the most is that it helps you with your nutrition goals although you should still do your own research, it still gives you an idea on where to start also this app feels so similar to the solo leveling system and that is what sets it apart from all it's competitors along with the fact that it is actually a good fitness app. so I think you should try it

Initially I gave this 5 stars before I figured out that you have to pay daily or £35 a year. This may not seem like much for a lot of people but as someone without a job and under 18 years old I think this should either be cheaper or, even better, completely free. I'm still giving this app 3 stars because it is still a great app with a cool layout and good workout plans, but in my personal opinion I think it just doesn't work for me.

very good for building a good physique but one thing I want them to add and that is to also give us guidance to grow height. If they merge physique maxing and height maxing then it would be complete solo leveling. If they want they can also add looksmaxing. Worst thing is due to paid app I can't afford it
