This app charges astronomical card transaction fees to users. The company based in the US but many clients are not. There's strict rules about card fees in Australia that I do not believe are being here. Example: A $189 package tacks on a $5.50 fee at the last stage of the purchase. The app also automatically registered me with a gym I've never heard of, because that gym bought out a gym I was a member of 5 years ago. No access to support apparent for their client's users. Poorly designed UI.

It would be better if the app opened to classes rather than bookings. Also, I think it should open to the most frequently used business option. I have 4 businesses in my app from previous visits while travelling, but I only ever use the same one day to day, yet I have to select it every time I make a booking.
