This app will tell you that you are offline when trying to use the 'quick clock' feature regardless of the reason. This means that if the app needs an update, you are having internet issues, or if you need to log back into your account, it will not tell you. You need to work through all of these frustrating options yourself while trying to clock in at a job you don't want to work. Also, when you log in, there is an unskippable animation that takes well over five seconds to finish playing.

Hi, I am sorry to hear of the concerns. Can you please try resetting the app? You can do this by clicking on your profile picture in the upper left corner, then settings, and then Reset ADP Mobile. Thank you, JC

The app works largely fine but I do have a bone to pick with these security features. You need to regularly change your passwords and can't re-use up to 4 so if you have a bad memory and would otherwise re-use variations of an easy to remember one-- good luck. The quick clock also randomly decides to not work and force you to manually sign in which is spotty and time consuming. Guys, we HAVE to use this to work and we don't want to be made to feel like fraudulent criminals for doing it.

The ADP app has always been 🗑️ in my opinion. With this most recent update, it has gotten that much worse. The app NEVER remembers my username/password anymore even though I checked the box for it to do so. I have also said, "yes" to using biometrics to login but it has not saved that option either. When logging in, it takes me out of the app, once I have logged in, it brings me back to the app. Being a large company, I think you can afford to do much better.

Please try resetting the app. If you go to the icon on the top left and then go to settings and reset ADP Mobile. It will require you to re-sign in but that should help. Thank you
